How we SEE and HEAR life is how we experience life.

It is easy to get distracted by the experiences around you. Mindfulness teaches us to embrace the distractions and come to your own conclusions of the stimulus.

Sound, frequency and vibration can be highways bringing us back to harmony or of chaos of mind, body and spirit. It's up to us. One person may love the sound of ocean waves - to  person if may be annoying.

~ Notice the Sights and Sounds around you.  How do they lead you? How do you overcome the distraction?

~ What "soundtrack" plays in your mind? How do you "change the channel"?

~ Letting the Sound of the Bowl help you loosen the grip on a thought - an emotion - a physical symptom, how does "flowing like a river" help you navigate life?
