RETREAT:

A retreat is a place of "respite" where you come back to yourself in a safe environment to review your Path of Action.

During this time we come together to deepen the experience of Mindfulness.

"What lies behind us and what lies before us are small matters compared to what lies within us."

~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

"Love After Love"

The time will come
when, with elation
you will greet yourself arriving
at your own door, in your own mirror
and each will smile at the other's welcome,

and say, sit here. Eat.
You will love again the stranger who was your self.
Give wine. Give bread. Give back your heart
to itself, to the stranger who has loved you

all your life, whom you ignored
for another, who knows you by heart.
Take down the love letters from the bookshelf,

the photographs, the desperate notes,
peel your own image from the mirror.

Sit. Feast on your life

~ Derek Walcott

Loving Kindness Meditation

May I be safe.
May I be healthy.
May I have ease of mind, body and spirit.
May I be at Peace.

Aware of my surroundings I choose a world of Peace and Harmony

Aware of my emotions I choose to be balanced and fair.

Aware of my mind I choose to be awake and clear.

Aware of my body I choose to be healthy and strong.

Aware of my spirit I choose to be an inspiration to myself and others.

May I be free from suffering and chaos.
May my family be free from suffering and chaos.
May those I love be free from suffering and chaos.
May those who are in my everyday life be free from suffering and chaos.
May those who inspire me be free from suffering and chaos.
May those who try to harm me be free from suffering and chaos.

May the world be free from suffering and chaos.

May I be safe.
May I be healthy.
May I have ease of mind, body and spirit.
May I be at Peace.

Ho'Oponopono

Ho'Oponopono is one of the strongest meditations there is for releasing and moving forward in life. Based on an Ancient Polynesian method of bringing Harmony into the community, Ho'Oponopono is now being used in our current legal system before something goes into court as a form of mediation.

PONO means "rightness" ~ PonoPono means Authentic Rightness (like a chair is meant to be sat in) Ho'O means ... to make. Ho'Oponopono therefor means TO MAKE AUTHENTICALLY RIGHT!

Letting go of any guilt, shame, blame, remorse and limitation;
I live, awakened to God living in me.

I'm Sorry.
Please Forgive Me.
Thank You.
I Love You.
All Is Released Back To The Universe.

Impermanence

Nothing stays the same. To be alive is to change forms. A state of dying away in order to be renewed. This is of the body and the mind. We know of our physical form changing as we progress through life. Our thoughts and beliefs are the same. By examining our "systems" we can discover if we are clinging to the past knowledge, creating behaviors of reaction rather then living in the wisdom of present state awareness.
